1. Version freeware

The version freeware of the software Fast Submit SEO is downloadable free on Internet since the http://www.logiciel-emailing-pro.com site, or can be found via certain software directories or cédéroms free. The use of this version is not limited in time.

In case of doubts about the type of use, of license to be acquired, or if your case of use is not described above, thank you to contact the author of the product to the address mentioned above.
In this version freeware, an advertisement will be added systematically in each message sent.
2. Grant of license.

The version freeware of the software can be installed and used on only one computer, in the respect of the conditions enumerated in paragraph 1 for this type of license and provided that an authority of the product is installed on each computer. This type of license is not applicable to the networks uses and/or simultaneous.

3. Restrictions.

You can carry out only one copy of the software at exclusive ends of safeguard, provided that this backup copy imperatively reproduces the relative informations with the royalties or other property rights being reproduced on the original. You are not authorized to lend or rent the Software, nor to propose with thirds services of commercial lodging using the Software. You can however carry out the single and permanent transfer of all your rights on the software to another part, in condition: (A) that this transfer includes/understands the totality of the software, including the totality of its components, data of origin, printed documents as well as the license; (b) which you preserve no copy of the software, complete or partial, including any copy stored on computer or any other storage unit; and (c) that the profit part takes note and accepts the terms and conditions of this license. Only the Shareware version can be diffused without limitation of media (Internet, cédéroms, magazines…), in the condition which the original package is not modified nor faded. Moreover, the resale of the Shareware version is strictly prohibited whatever the means used. You are not authorized to reconstitute the logic of the Software, with the décompiler, to disassemble it, or to make a “reverse engineering” (engineering reverses), to modify it, nor to create derivative products of the software or very part of this last.

4. Term of the license.

This license is of application until its term. Your rights rising from this license will take automatically fine without notification on behalf of the author if you do not conform to any of his provisions. As of the expiry of this license, you will be held to cease any use of the software and to destroy all the specimens, complete or partial, of the known as software.
The purchase of the software gives right a number of valid license on only one and single computer.

5. Support and future versions.

A direct assistance by email is offered and accessible to any user, whatever the type of license. The software is delivered “like such” and no modification (improvement and/or correction) will be undertaken to the following version. However, the suggestions could be sent to the author who will be able if it wishes it, to add the functionalities requested from the new version of the software.

6. Exclusion of guarantees.

You recognize and admit expressly that the use of the software is with your risks and dangers and that the totality of the risk relating to quality, the performances, exactitude and the handling satisfactory rests on you. The software is provided “such as it is” with all its defects and without any guarantee of any kind. 7. Limitation of responsibility.
